ANKOM Daisy II automatic in vitro incubator makes it simple and efficient to study the determination of dry matter digestibility in vitro culture. It can hold up to 100 samples at the same time, and artificial rumen or enzyme inoculation only needs to be divided into 4 small chambers, instead of the traditional 100 conventional volumetric flasks. The omission of batch processing and process steps makes in vitro measurements very simple and feasible, such as the determination of true digestibility, apparent digestibility, and enzyme degradation rate. The Daisy II type in vitro incubator can maintain constant and uniform heating and controlled agitation inside the incubator.
